Jacob Frenkel, Bennett Evan Cooper, and Brooks Westergard were recently featured in the Law360 article, ‘How They Won It: How Dickinson Wright Attorneys Won A Victory Before The SEC,’ detailing the unprecedented – first time ever –SEC ruling to set aside retroactively the SEC’s trading suspension in 2020 of their client’s securities. When expounding on the impact of the suspension, Frenkel, who was just recognized by Securities Docket as one of the “elite” enforcement defense lawyers in the industry, stated, “I’m grateful for the decision but astounded at the disregard for the impact on the company and the adverse impact on the company’s shareholders.”
